Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our apartment design studio services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

Our apartment design studio provides comprehensive interior design services including space planning, furniture selection, color coordination, lighting design, and project management. We specialize in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces tailored to our clients' needs and preferences.

Services are provided through consultation phases, design development, and implementation support. Each project is unique and may require different timelines and approaches based on complexity and client requirements.

2. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete information about project requirements, budget constraints, and timeline expectations
  • Grant reasonable access to the property for measurements, consultations, and project oversight
  • Make timely decisions regarding design proposals and material selections to avoid project delays
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before commencement of work
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary design methods and trade secrets shared during the project
  • Provide timely payment according to agreed schedules and terms

3. Service Limitations

Our services are limited to design consultation and planning. We do not provide construction, electrical, plumbing, or structural engineering services. Any recommendations for contractors or service providers are made without warranty or guarantee of their performance.

Design timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control including material availability, permit processing, contractor schedules, and client decision-making processes. We reserve the right to modify project timelines when circumstances require adjustment.

Budget estimates are provided based on available information and market conditions at the time of proposal. Final costs may vary due to material price fluctuations, scope changes, or unforeseen complications.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All design concepts, drawings, specifications, and creative materials developed during the project remain the exclusive intellectual property of our design studio until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, clients receive a limited license to use the designs for the specific project only.

Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or modify design materials without written consent. Our studio retains the right to use project images and designs for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless specifically restricted by written agreement.

Any third-party materials, products, or designs incorporated into projects remain subject to their respective intellectual property protections and licensing requirements.

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for design services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or personal inconvenience.

We disclaim responsibility for contractor performance, material defects, construction delays, or compliance issues arising from implementation of our designs. Clients assume full responsibility for verifying contractor credentials and ensuring proper execution of design plans.

Our recommendations are based on professional judgment and industry standards, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or client satisfaction with subjective design preferences.

6. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are established in individual project agreements. Typically, an initial deposit is required to commence work, with progress payments due at specified milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery of all design materials.

Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in suspension of services. All payments are non-refundable except as specifically provided in project agreements.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. The arbitration shall be conducted by a qualified arbitrator experienced in design industry disputes.

Prior to arbitration, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation. All dispute resolution proceedings shall be confidential and conducted in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

8. Modifications and Termination

These terms may be modified only through written agreement signed by both parties. Projects may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice, subject to payment for services rendered and costs incurred up to the termination date.

Upon termination, all work products and materials shall be returned or delivered according to the payment status and intellectual property provisions outlined above.
